I cant play with my new charecters

Hello
I am Ananth my char name is Anakor, the problem I encounter in this game is ,whenever i create a new charecter and try to play with that only the loading screen appears and I cant play further.Even some of my friends have the same problem.Is it a bug? Or something else.
My connection speed is 256 kb/s,n my computer hardware is far better than the minumum system requirements of the game.
Can you please send me a solution for this problem.
