not got any free pins

hi sir,
as you have posted in a3india website i have sended mail to a3support with my real id in which i have got my character.but i hadnt received any free pins till now.
i have sended with all the details you wanted yesterday evening but till not no mails came in my account.i cant even play.sir please send me the pin as soon as possible.im w8ing to recharge my account.please sir send me asap.
