A3 is going to SHUT DOWN (PINS)

Hi,
I think A3 is going 2 SHUT DOWN bcoz PINS r not avilable in the MARKET and WEBSITES and sify is not provideing FREE PINS.
All GMs r leave their JOB BCOZ no replys from any GM
