cannot login sever. since 17th of april 09. not on 7th

Dear sir , Im umable to login. Pls help me. I have also used the PIN provided by a3 team. I am afraid it will go wasted. PLs sir help me get my account back. I have tried all things so it is not on my side. Probably its on server error. PLs pls pls I need my ID asap.
