Log-in Problem

ac is being stucked every now and then after reconnection getting frustrated with this rc procedure and stucking writing you every day to unstuck and when u ppl took action many hours gone till then also not getting any reply from guidemax and guidelulu from 12 noon around till 12:40 pm when I am writing this.
Think some permanent solution will be provided by you for this stucking issue.
AND PLEASE UNSTUCK THE ACCOUNT
