Cannot login to my account

Hi Gm's My char name is outmage whenever I log in it says cannot connect to the login server...plz help
Kindly check whether you can change your password and then try login to the game and website with your new password. And also check your renewal details.If you are unable to login or if the problem persist even after changing your password then kindly send mail to [email protected] with the following details.

2.Highest level char in the account:
3.Renewal details.
4.Profile details.
a.Hint question
b.Hint answer
c.Date of birth.
d.Alternate email id.
