Need info by when server will be working

dear Gms
plz let us know approx timing if not exact when the server is expected to be up and working..
all of us (players) tired trying to login. and looking at the website with hopes..
this creating panic and hoples situations in the mind of players..
too many runours also around.. give us some idea about time it is going to take...
tired now. cant hold longer
