What is the use of special storage box ??
What items can be stored in them ??
Is there any storage box for saving scrolls and candys ??
Pls provide some info !!

to topic starter,
special storage boxes are used to store " special stones " dropped by creeps during special stone event . the last special stone event was in 2007 during october to november i think. you collect many boxes of special stones and go to armoury npc and craft them into bronze / silver / gold boxes . when u click on them , u'll get a random gift from scrolls to crafting stuff like sarghis / handle of storm.
coming to your second query , saving scrolls & magic candies cannot be stored in storage boxes. ( atleast in this server , although i have heard of the private servers having done a workaround which enables it ) . u just have to keep the candies and ss in storage characters or another account.

The worst part of this event is that bosses start giving Special Stones instead of drops
