Still having Logging issue

Still having problem logging in, After entering Username and password and hit enter, it just says connecting.... and notting happens.

Check whether you can change your password and then try login to the game and website with your new password. And also check your renewal details. If you are unable to login or if the problem persists even after changing your password please write a mail to [email protected] with the following details

1.Account Name:
2.Highest level char in the account:
3.Renewal details.
4.Profile details.
Hint question
Hint answer
Date of birth.
Alternate email id.
