** Suggestion / Improvement: Should reduce your Pressure **

Hi GM
I was thinking if this could be done:
Many-a-times, people come up and report that they're unable to login to Game but they can login to Site.
1. What could the reasons? Is there something we could keep in mind while playing or logging out etc. to prevent this from happen more often?
2. Also, could this be some how automated where a person could perhaps go online on this site and Kind of Reset the login (not password) to be able to login again.
Of course, this is going to be different from "releasing the chars" that have reasons to be banned and all. But this is just for those cases where the users are just not able to login due to sudden net dc or some such reasons.
I'd like to have your thoughts please.
