How to Max Out Every Passive Skill

It is known that you can gain a maximum of 60 PS points up till level 160. After level 161, a character can gain 10 PS points per level. This means that the total PS points a char gains when he reaches lvl 165 is 110.

Now, if you maximize each and every passive skill, it will cost you 112. But if you notice, there are two passive skills that cancel each other out if you get the max of both - Maestro and Enchanter. So you'll have to select either Maestro or Enchanter.

Since you can't have both Maestro and Enchanter, the total PS points required to max out all the passive skills drop to 102. Further, most people don't really need the passive Intelligence maxed. Which drops the total required PS points to max every good passive skill to 97. Which means that by level 164, you'll have every good passive skill maxed out.
