Well I'm happy to get a positive reply from you,

Well in some other MMOs they have this event where the crafting and enchanting success rates are increased for a certain period of time, this would be very good in a3 too(If am not wrong you can change the success rates) It would be a different kinda event cause I have seen the same events repeated for past 1 year :
extra exp
monster spawn
special stone/pumpkin
tod
deadly duel
nevia...

And I guess you have heard of the way Ragnarok dealt with hackers - They said no character retrival, instead people could contact police and file a complaint... Hacking is a punishable offense, and it extends to game accounts also :|

That sounds good!
Regarding the event “Increase Success rate of Crafting and Enchanting”, “Increase in drop rate and other ratios we are in talk with Development team. We will come with up with such events if the talks are successful.
About Hacking issues, we need to follow our company policies. Anyhow your suggestion will be forwarded to higher authority.
