Well in all probability you might ignore or delete this, but,

It's quite obvious atleast 5 - 10 people have some genuine problem every day in game. And honestly, [email protected] is not very quick.
A guy spends 12 hours a day and makes a 140 lvl char which gets hacked, he is bound to be frustrated, so why can't you get a live support system like other MMOs?
It won't cost much, its more like a chat line, I guess you know how it works, if you don't I sincerely suggest you try out a couple of the cooler MMOs out there.
What am trying to say is, instead of the ineffective guides, place some responsible authority who can address an issue quickly and efficiently.

It is easy to give out suggestion and feedback, its difficult to handle situation. As you said 5 to 10 players got genuine problem every day, correct it its more than 30 players a day. Over 200+ general issues. At the same time we also are trying to improve the standard of our service. Anyhow the service, which you’ve mentioned will be implemented in future.
