Guides helpful or helpless??.

here is something what happened wid me i was playing a friends mage char abt 70 lvl whr we get a q from linsen which makes us roam from r1 to r4 it's in 10 12 steps at the last step we have to drop the ashes in the river of vemerden i asked guidemax and what happened was i was actually teleported to the place and a wishper came saying drop it right here w/o moving

any similar thing hapened to u ppl???

mostly when i say hi reply comes minimumly after 20-30 mins
