heres detailed info

we say 35% critic for boots it has nothing to do with the other critic rates
if it goes for a critic ok! if not(65% chance) it goes to ss 34% if it fails(66% chance) goes for fatality 14% if it fails it goes for mercy 10% then uniq 7%
so calculating

we get 0.30880278 % chance of a non critic hit
