G9 with 10% Mnt

Hi All,
Does anyone knows how to craft G9 with 10% mnt? According to what i know no, only Mytho did it.
IF anyone knows, please advise me.

I don't think mounted g9 crafting is possible in a3india. (as of now)
The only mounted g9 equips that I'm aware of is a rhmitta staff(ele mage) and an osiric(sword hk).
And i was told that these were given to the winners of an event, as a reward, by the GM's.

Btw its not possible......... yet.....
for ur kind information that wpns wr drop frm kairgons event which was done in past year......... in 2005 or 2006
The same event came sm 2 or 3 mnths back .
G9 spear ,G9 sword,G9 rhmita this 3 wpns i hv saw till now
