updating problem!

i just downloaded a fresh client setup from the a3india home site...
but after doing wid d installation,...wen i run a3.exe, the window appears checking for version information....n nothing happens,
it just shows 0/0 files and nothing else happens!
is it the client problem or should some patches b installed for updating the installation!!!
