unable to login

hi gm,
i am unable to login at all,i was playing today morning also but now it says unable to login.but i can logion with my another id.the id which i use regularly is unable to use,my renewal validity will be wasted if problem persists,and u should give me the compensation.
when i try to login > it says "you cannot connect to the server"please try again.
why is this happening i am able to use my another id and why not in this one which i use regularly .please help me.
