PLZ CHECK THE PROBLEM

the problem is
i was @ hetral Passive shop
but i was not able to take ne passive i know reason
but when i did reset ps points
ma all 100000 lower points gone
plz Check y it so when m not 100 & i have no passive
plz do the needfull i need ma Lower points which i lost plz
