Mercernaries Missing!!! HELP!

Gms please help me...all my mercs are missing...i rced n logged in and my mercs wer not there....my archer merc even had Grahast on it....please help me to retieve them..pleaseee...i hav even sent a mail to a3support but there ws no reply except the auto mated mail[id:3656878]
