Gmstorm please help against scammers and cheters

Sir,
i have been always been Thankfull to you for helping me as even as i am a lowlvl player and cant do much ...
my issue of lossing 100 lvl SS and also i got very nice resonse and as compensation i got 50 lvl SS back ...
there is still 1 request i need to make ... what to do against the ppl who always keep scamming
i mean ppl like Karanbabaa A.K.A Antidotehi .. these guys dont even have a real char ... i dont think they even recharge there accounts ... please do take some action against these ppl before they cheat and scam more guys .
