got cheated PLZZZ help

hello sir,
my charector name Menshi(id: ysridharnaidu)
i havbe lended my lugh staff to a charector name 'Pam' with whom i played quite some time(he leeched me and spoke to him over phone too..). he told in one day he will return it and now saying he got hacked.
i know mistake is on my side lending it, but he a high leveler, thought he will not cheat(or he is really hacked).
but i dont have any woons to buy a lugh or other, and no fun in me playing.
please please do some thing get my lugh staff back please
