Stormy help meeeee !!

Sir,
I have been mailing a3 support like crazy for the retrival of my hacked set n ss.There is no response watsoever from them.They mailed to ask me the item properties of my g9 stuffs, which i have send them best to my knowledge.
I was out of touch from the game due to my 10th board exams, for a month atleast.I came n logged in to see that my character is safe but my ss n set (maxed) has been missing from my inventory.I have been mailing a3support since then, just to find that a3support in not interested in considering my case.
Plz help me out of this Sir.It will be very nice of u if u could just look into my case....
