hi gm's a q abt d deadly duel event can we lvl up after registration ?

Yes you can level up your character after registration.

i hve 1 question!!
say i am 149 lvl at the time of registration and after registration i lvled up. so where i will fall??
in the cateogary of 140-149 or
150-159??
