Are a3support services up to st No reply from a3support team

this letter is to the gm's of the game
my char Mokambo got hacked on 6th march
and at that time when i came to knew that it got hacked i immediately send a mail
and on investigation they send me the mail: which was as follows

This is with reference to your mail we would like to inform you that your request has been denied.Because on investigation we found that this account is shared. Considering your situation we will try to assist you but this does not guarantee that we will retrieve that account .Regarding the same with the following information which you have provided we require additional details to proceed with your account issue.
1.Last 3 renewal details:
2.Mention the last login date and time:
3.Mention the last character with which you have chatted on /3/2008: Further more this account has been temporarily banned if you fail to provide or provided any even one in-correct information of the details which we had requested we cannot assist you in this account issue. Warm Regards,

and now it is more than 48 hours i didnt even got a reply from the a3 team
is this they way they helping me??????????????????
u guys decide is it right on the Gm's part
they not cooperating at all
atleast they should reply
if any gm's visit the forums
i hav to say 1 thing only
UR SERVICES ARE NOT UP TO STANDARD AT ALL
