Char hack (sm confusion)

Respected Sir,
This regarding my char hacked name 'Whitebeauty' INTERACTID:3601638....saw ur reply.....now the issue is that the i ve already sent my latest profile details wid the mail copy & last 2 pins nd char & stuff details i dont understand how is it possible that the profile details r incorrect (i ve sent the mail copy which i recieved wen i updated my profile)...
I guess there is sm confusion may be a3support ppl r comparing my details wid current details (the details i m sending r b4 or as on 02/03/08 )
if the hacker ve changed the profile details then i m unaware of it...
Kindly chck into this issue or plzz cm in game nd talk to me 1s so that we can clear the confusion
