cant login

hi gm ,
m not able to login to my character , gettinf an error cant connect to server so plz hlp me asap.
it happnes to me most of the time whn ther is any event nearby,
so plz hlp and solve this problm as soon .

Found no issue with your account. Your account status is active , this account was last logged in at 3:28 AM on 7th March 2008. Kindly try change your account password and login into the game , if the problem persists contact [email protected]
