Its a simple as Jax said
By the name itself you can know its work ... "Absorber"
It do absorbs 50% lost hp
So its like if you are tanking 5 bosses ... and 50-60% bar goes when they hit .. and when your hp absorber goes ... in between the bosses ... its liable for you to die!
