Hacked Mage perfect SS

Hi,
Srry for the delay in my reply but was stuck up in a few problems i had....
The last interact ID i had regarding the Mage Perfect Supershue which was hacked is [INTERACTID:3402463]Now according to this mail sent to me by a3support i told my friend i.e Dominate(the char from which the SS was hacked ) to send a mail which he did.The last interact Id which he had got from that mail was [INTERACTID:3405084]...
After this his mail id from which he had sent the mail got stuck due to some reason so he hasnt been able to access the mails from that e-mail id.
Now if there is any hope for retrieving the mage SS in any way i.e Through spawning or through putting a penalty on my character , I am ready to accept as ever since the SS has been hacked i have been forced to leave the game.
If you require any of the case details again since the reply is late i will be sure to post them,please feel free to ask
