Plz help ...char stuck

Hi Sir,
Today i went arena for a PVP and when the match was over i wasn't able to return back to initial screen so i had to END TASK my game. But since then i'm not able to login back to the game so plz kindly solve the login issue of my account so that i can restart playing and do PK ...hehe
