You Can Not Connect to the server

GMs,
I think my char is stuck in arena. I clicked on the arena npc, and my char (Naz) didn't enter the arena and stopped moving. I guess this is what ppl mean by char getting stuck in arena. On reconnection i get the message "you can not connect to the server".
How do i get Naz outta this mess!! ??
