waiting is getting a bit hard on me

Hi there, i had send a mail to A3support around 14 days back and also posted same in the question to gm's section in the forums of www.a3india.com,
It is very nice that Gm's and A3 team considered my case and also looking in to my inssue.
the only problem is waiting for 14 days is getting very hard.
Everyday is kind of getting hard on me and days are getting longer for me. kindly let me know when will my issue solve. My request is if any Gm's could be kind of enough to PM me in game or give me reply through mails or in forums. This will really help me in relaxing a bit. (I hope u understand what i feel and trying to say)
