wrongly dealed... cant u reverse ??

Sir i mailed to [email protected] about my deal done wrongly in game...
my character name is Babby and i was giving my woonz to my friend and by mistake it was given to some character named Juliesss but now i got reply that the deal cant be reversed and i lost my wz. But Sir as u can see i didnt even bought any thing from and the deal was mistake re.. cant u reverce the deal and if that person has used the wz then u can give the wz left + the stuffs he bought from my woonz... but in mail they denied as nothing is lost but sir it was 700mills and u know how much hard is 700 mills to collect so i request you to cheak n do the needfull please......
