U CANNOT UNLOCK HATREL.

MORON

U GOTTA HAVE HATREL TO GET QUEST SCROLL 1-3.

PLUS ANY1 ABOVE LVL 50 CAN DO QUEST 1-1.

SO THEY DON'T NEED YOU TO COMPLETE IT AND THEN ROB THE UJ THAT ONE GETS FOR IT.
