Easy one dude. That aura you see glowing under him and max n lulu appears only under ppl over 160.
And since it's a char by sify people, naturally they'd set him up totally maxed out. Guess Kraigon acts like baygon spray against us ppl!

lol...i guess Baygon instead of Kraigon would have had been better
and u know that he is just like a normal character: u can whisper him (mostly its blocked), send a party request etc etc...
