afaik, the npc asks for wz when

1. u get into -ve relation with npc and you can pay the money and get back to 0% relation.

2. u get to critical relation and npc asks for wz for some kind of partnership or so.

Dunno if they're true. and if yes.. dunno which one the above screenie comes into. Can anyone clarify?
