char stuck, whose fault

my char got stuck in arena today

1. whose side does the fault lie on?
yours or customers??

2. I was asked to send mail, the reply to which and action takes atleast 12 hours as i experienced with you people, why shud our recharged hours be wasted because of ur technical issues??

3. what compensation u offer for our lost recharged hours?
