well as for hks feel swordies are best at PvP....better den all oders.... wile mace hks are best at PvE.....again better den all oders

Well all my Hk Brothers.......... who are confused about what to choose. MACE or SWORD .............

I will try to point out pros and cons of both class here ... for you to get a better idea.......

MACE
Pros:
1) High DMG
2) Better accuracy for aposple
3) Good opts on SET compared to SWORD
like : skill duration, accuracy, crit hit rate etc etc.

Cons:
1) Low Defence
2) Low Crit hit evasion
3) Big Gap(Range) in the weapon DMG

Now SWORD
Pros:
1) Super High defence
with basic defence due to high dex and even equips
2) High Crit hit evasion.
3) Very balanced DMG due to very less gap (range) in weapon DMG.

Cons:
1) Low DMG - but managable with SS after G9
2) Low accUracy - pathetic for sword HK

Now after playin a HK since this March and reaching lvl 135+

I feel HK should start from MACE (4 STR : 2 DEX) from lvl 1 till G8 (lvl 110).
Reason: High DMG needed for lvling fasterrrrr..
difference in defence compared to sword Hk wont even matter at this lvl.

as u are nearing G9 (lvl 130) start converting to SWORD.....put all points to DEX after lvl 110 or go blood for bossing and put all this stats back to DEX after u hit 130 and r ready to wear White Shrek Armor .

By the time u reach 130 u will be having ur SS for that high dmg ....may be even early to that...

So with SS ur DMG wont even suffer that much ....
and remember dont buy any passives related to class ( Sword amstery or mace mastery ) until u r sure u will continue with it even at G10.

Now at G10 sword lvl 10 has upper dmg of - 493 something
and G10 mace has upper dmg of - 638

so difference is something 140 odd in dmg ( due to weapon )

and G10 sword HK has 445 odd strength and
G10 mace HK has 583 odd
so difference is again 140 / 2 = 70 ( due to stats )

So at 140 lvl sword will lose about 210 basic attack when compared to Mace.
and on other hand will have same amount extra defence about 200 extra defence compared to MACe.

Now i feel at higher lvls defence is much more needed compared to attack.

with BOR sword surpasses Mace with 250+ extra defence ....

So now decision is upto u to choose the right class according to ur needs.

With that super cool defence and stable dmg I prefer Sword over Mace after lvl 130 (G9).

bottom line = both hav pros and cons, just choose the class u feel is the best and stick to it

As Neoman pointed out at high lvl, defense is more important than offense. So, heres my ideal way to play an HK. Till g8 stay mace, while lvlingup fast and also bossing. After 130 turn swordie. You will survive better and also stay in maps for lvlingups. Remeber, Swrod Hks can solo any map, while mace Hks depends only upon their party members or BOR.

u basically develop what u think looks best if sword hks hv higher defense, mace hv higher attk. So if a swordie suffers lesser dmg he also deals lower dmg. while a mace takes more dmg but also dishes out more. ultimately both take same amount of dmg 1 on 1 wid the creep but a mace will kill faster. So, if u gonna leech in parties go sword as ull be better of tank all those creeps, if u huntin solo than mace is better i feel.

Now that every G7 Noob has a unique and most have hacked SS there's no fun in pvp, if both are using dex uniqes the fight goes on till one lags or something like that. So doesn't matter if u r mace or sword just buy a fkin bragir and go shout *censored* shit and pick fights coz unless u really suck, u wont die
