Max critical hit rate of mace HK anyday is 30%+34% = 64% in arena.

Critical hit evasion of sword hk @ g10 = 45%
Critical hit evasion of mace hk @ g10 = 30%

Sword mastery lvl 6 = -3% Evasion, -3% Magic Evasion.
Mace/Blunt mastery lvl 6 = -3% Accuracy, -3% Magic Evasion.

Fair fight of same lvl sword hk n mace hk ..

Accuracy of sword hk = 25%, Mace hk = 45%
Evasion of sword hk = 45%, Mace hk = 45%
M.Evasion of sword hk = 45%, Mace hk = 45%

Mace hk wont miss any skill or melee on a sword hk, unless the passives come into play, in this case there is a 3% chance for a mace hk to miss on a sword hk (Only when the sword hk has sword mastery), cuz Blunt mastery reduces accuracy and magic evasion by 3%.

Sword hk will miss any skill or melee on a maec hk, when the passives come into play for a sword hk, he loses out on evasion and magic evasion by 3%.

So when passive comes in to play, options change.

Mace hk
Accuracy = 42%, Evasion = 45%, Magic evasion = 42%
Critical hit rate = 64%, Critical hit evasion = 30%

Sword hk
Accuracy = 25%, Evasion = 42%, Magic evasion = 42%
Critical hit rate = 52%, Critical hit evasion = 45%

Connection ratio of a sword hk on a mace hk.
On melee = 25% - 45% = 20% shots will miss.
On skill = 25% - 42% = 17% reduce/warat will miss.

Connection ratio of a mace hk on sword hk.
On melee = 42%-42% = 0% chance of a 0.
On skill = 42%-42% = 0% chance of a 0.
Macer wont miss even a single melee/warat/reduce on sword hk.
Put aposple aside, its of NO USE. (75%/50% hits are 0s frm both sides)

Critical hit rate of sword hk on mace hk = 52%-30% = 22%
Critical hit rate of mace hk on sword hk = 64%-45% = 19%

A sword hk will have a 3% higher chance of doing a critical hit on a mace hk, though by a minimal margin....

Put it like this...
Frm a macer's eye-view - 5xx,4xx,4xx,9XX,11xx,4xx,10XX,5xx,11XX.
Frm a sword's eye-view - 0,0,0,4xx,8XX,0,3xx,7XX,0,0,4xx,0,0,3xx,0.

(that dmg if the sword hk succeeds to put warat on mace hk, until then swordie has to struggle, once a sword hk misses on mace hk, macer will have lot of time to punch 3-5 hits on the swordie b4 he takes evasive action such as heal, bor, while mace hk will have insane amount of time to heal and BOR, cuz most of the time swordie will sit and do 0s, get those numbers right up ur head :wink: )

Thats the reason I always say, Passives will play a huge role later when u build ur character..

What if a Sword / Mace HK takes Armory?
What if a Sword / Mace HK takes Fortune?
What if a Sword / Mace HK takes Precision?
What if a Sword / Mace HK takes Intelligence?

Its much like a mutated character, U can't just compare sword hk and mace hk later, Both are deadly for other type of characters.

A sword hk is called a much balanced and stable type of character.
WHY?

Imagine an archer, a warrior hitting you in the arena.
You AS A Sword hk - High crit eva / def = 4-5 melees on warrior, HEAL.
You AS A Mace hk - Low crit eva / def = 2-4 melees on warrior, HEAL.

Who struggled more to take down both the players?
Answer = Mace hk.

(Well..don't mind aa..warrior will obv go down to n hk...)

A sword hk is an arena character, purely tough to beat.
A mace hk , until he is alive, he IS a terror..Only character who will dare to go near mace hk wil be a sword hk, for the rest, Macer will be a terror..

Hope you guys got it.....This post should clear every ones' minds about the difference between a mace hk, sword hk..

Best for G10s... (Maybe... I am not Pro)

Wear full g10 but wear the g9 pants of mace at lvl 153. This will give you an accuracy of 40 on pants... insane for a swordie... Will suggest Suru to try that.

If someone cud try that and provide me the response, then I will think of going for it.. :)

well tats a good idea and i've been thinking about it for quite some time. But 153 is not nuf to have G10 sword set and G9 mace pants. u need to be 156 if u start putting all stat points from 140 to strength.

Normally all hk's go Blood once they touch 140. and 16 lvls of blood is like 16*4*6 = 384 hp. Which is a lot!! Unless you have good Robust lvl and good defence, its a very risky gamble.
