We have asked the development teams to clarify the damage values in the patch used and also the damage calculations. We will post it up soon.

u mean to say u aren't sure yet as to how damage is calculated...
so, how exactly are u guys supposed to catch any bugs related to damages??????
anyway, please post soon, already more than a month is over, i think that time was more than enough even to find out from the source coders themselves.
still can't digest the fact that i am playing on a server where noone is sure how damage is calculated!!!!!!!!!!
a suggestion to get fast response from development team, try using a
telephone!!!! instead of usual email communication which A3 india usually uses(prolly the only communication here!!)

No prem ur voice doesnt matter only mails sent to them and received are the official proofs they have to talk with anyone.Mails speak more than voice .........

hmm, don't think the development team in korea is very bound to proofs n written queries as far as i know. anyway, telephone reminders tend to hasten the responses to email queries

As far as i know it is only mail transactions.that is why it takes time to solve the issues(may be reminders through voice).May be the programmers in korea is not keen on mails but surely the promotion team here wil have track of all issues and TAT for solving it.so u cant say tht calls were made and noaction still.so mails speak more in Companys than voice.

i don't know how they are and in what position are our GMs in. it's been over a month and still no proper result.
