A article is confiscated while it is being stolen or smuggled. As u might know, owners r given punishment of paying up some extra customs duty and take ther stuff and he can do whatever u want to do. Will u buy it or not?
As a matter of fact when u ask whether u will buy a stolen item, u urself r missing a point. A stolen item once subjected to punishment of double duty of customs, or -1500 exp, it is not a offensive stuff. It has been subjected to removal of any extra benefit that might have accrued to it.
