With or W/o uni......a mage can take down a warrior ne time ne wer.

go take a mage lvl 1 and a warrior lvl 1 make them fight see who wins.
Its always and only the gameplay and ofcourse good set and also blood matters

i think the staff n spear will almost be the same in effect.
Consider a warrior with g9 uni spear at 161 fighting another 161 char.
maybe a mace hk ... with almost 90 in set & ss eles, 50 def in aura def
total 140 def each

warrior's attack ele = (100(on weapon & ss)+100(aura))*2.5 (lightning damage with cruise) + 60 (ice on weapon & ss)+100(aura) + 160 (fire)
= 500 +160+160 = (820 -> this is the Normal ele damage)
This is same on all chars and is constant regardless of their build or set.

Mage's attack ele = 63*3 (weapon) + 30*3 (necklace - an exaggeration)+21*3 + 300 (aura) + 60 *3 (sb- i assume its 60 ele damage each)

= 189+90+63+300+180 = 822
lets say mage is sbing on a mace hk , ele damage is 822-140*3 = 420
100% increase in ele damage so actual damage is 840

Now add attack speed, accuracy etc etc to this... finally it is almost the same. A little higher chance goes to Spear coz three successful critics might prove fatal but sb can be tanked. (of course... if its not more than 2 mages sbing together.)

So personally i think you should make uni depending on the char and since Ole is close to aura... they did the right thing making uni spear.
