WHEN THE WAR FOR LVL 1-30 IS GOING ON, GO TO THE STORAGE WITH A CHAR OF LVL ABOVE 30 AND TRY COMING OUT, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO, YOU WILL HAVE TO USE A TP TO DO IT.

IF YOUR CHAR IS EXACTLY LVL 30 THE DURING FIRST AND SECOND WAR TRY ENTERING NEVIA, SOMETIMES YOU WILL BE ABLE TO AND SOMETIMES YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO.

THE WHOLE PLACE IS BUGGED, THIS HAPPENED TO ME DURING FIRST AND SECOND WARS, NOW UNLESS THIS BUG IS FIXED I WILL CONTINUE TO STICK TO MY WORD, AFTER ALL THE POST YOU ARE REFERRING TO WAS WRITTEN BY GMFIRST!
