Um...I'm not sure but I think this whole tab business comes into play after lvl 140 only.
Someone who's hit 165 on these chinese servers could give more info..

I GOT DA TAB FOR RELATIONSHIP BONUS AT 165 ON DA CHINESE SERVER, SO MAYBE AFTER 100 OR SO I GUESS BUT AT THE SAME TIME, THE NPC RELATIONSHIP TAB DOSEN'T SHOW WHEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP SUCKS BUT IT ACTUALLY SHOWS WHEN YOU HAVE DONE LOADS OF QUESTS.

COZ DID AROUND 15 QUESTS TILL I GOT THE TAB I GUESS, BUT THEN AGAIN I DID THE MEMORA QUEST FROM NERRMARR WITH A NOOB CHAR AND HE GOT THE TAB AFTER COMPLETING THE QUEST THRICE.

[FOR THOSE WHO DIDN'T KNOW, THE RELATIONSHIP WAS RIGGED TOOOOOO]

, it doesnt makes any sense or i cant get what u wanna say.
first u said we get the tab at 165 and then at 100 and at the last fr memora quest

and if we dont get the tab when our relationship sucks , then how can we improve

......plzzz clear my doubt....

i dunt think NPC replations has been implemented yet........ coz da chap whoz quests i do never gives me gud options..... dam...... or it maybe dat i m still too low lvl........

The relationship thingy comes into play at very high lvls..150 perhaps. Dred, confirm it.

Uh..what we're talking about is an actual link on the NPC window that says 'improve relationship' (Can't find the screenshot on sg rite now). You make a donation of 750k wz (or is it 7.5 m wz? not sure) to any of the NPCs to improve relationship.
This thing works again after 140 or 150, and I guess it's not enabled here.
