Choose Computer Configuration --> Administrative Templates ---> Network --> QoS Packet Scheduler
In that double click Limit Reservable bandwith and
Enable it and give the bandwith % to 0(zero) or 1 may be.Ur Internet performance is made relatively faster now.
Microsoft reserves 20% of ur bandwith for automatic updates and that bandwith u have released it for ur use.
errr I do see tht text in tht file 2ktc... what to do after that ? reboot? what does this filr does..??? I hope whtever It does it removes bsnl laggg..Do the following:
