Dear Customer,
We would like to refresh certain terms and conditions to you.
As quoted from the Non-manner policies displayed in the website
5.Disclosing account info:
We warn the players not to disclose any information regarding your
account to other players. We are not responsible for such accounts being
misused.
6.False claims:
We encourage all players to come out with their problems and queries to
us. However making false claims so as to illegally benefit your
character is termed ill-mannered and will result in players account being
penalized.
Your explanation is invalid as we do not acknowledge sharing of
accounts. Any actions hence taken on both these accounts to correct or
penalize a non-manner activity will be retained.
In case of a false claim both the accounts who colluded to make the
false claim will be penalized.
Also the payment made for our services ensures the list of services
offered by us as stated by our Terms and conditions and is applicable
only as long as you abide by the Rules of conduct. Hence it is irrelevant
in the issue of reducing/removing penalties for defaulting players.
Warm Regards,
Shyam Sundar

This is a latest mail i got from a3support let me make certain things clear to you :
5.Disclosing account info:

I didnt disclose any information about my character i.e Cheter , it is Lovethethegirls who disclosed info about his character so his character must be penalized which he is accepting .
Your explanation is invalid as we do not acknowledge sharing of
accounts
here u say you dont acknowledge sharing then what about the hundreds of players effected by you as u gave them charges of "Sharing of account " , all of these people have told you that their accounts were hacked and they want their stuff back but you gave them awnsers that "As your account is shared we cannot retreive the items " ..For all these cases you were acknowledging sharing ? some of the cases being -an old case of Megika and relatively new case of Indiangolden and in my case sharing became an alien thing to you ? In all those cases you were acknowledging sharing and not acknowledging hacking ?
In this case Lovethegirls is saying that he is not hacked but he is shared but when you ask me to accept the penalty you want to say that I hacked Lovethegirls (Which is denied by Lovethegirls himself and he says how can i hack him if his account is shared wid me ) , you are simply forcing me to accept that kind of penalty . And is this case you are ackowledging hacking and not acknowledging sharing ?
6.False claims:

us. However making false claims so as to illegally benefit your

Here I would like to tell you get a magnification glass and read carefully wat No.6 Non-manner policy says : It clearly mentions that only that pensons account will get penalized who made the false claim
and will result in players account being
penalized.
In case of a false claim both the accounts who colluded to make the
false claim will be penalized.
Here you came up wid the fantasy of penalising both account on your own ? As there is no mention of Both accounts in Policy No.6.
So this statement of yours holds no ground as your No.6 policy clearly mentions only that person account will be penalized who made a false claim .
Here you say both accounts will be penalized . Which accounts do u mean here ? One who made the false claim and the one against whom claim is being made which is false ? You wish to say that any inncoent person will get penalized if someone comes up wid false against him ? how can you penalize an innocent person against whom the false claim is made ?
Let me take an in-game example - If i sell Antidote my weapon unique and then make a false claim against him that he hacked me , then will he get the penalty for hacking as he is the person against whom false claim is being made and i m the one who is making false claim ? (Just an example ).
Hence it is irrelevant
in the issue of reducing/removing penalties for defaulting players.
You cannot say a certain player is "defaulting Player" unless you prove his crime.
