If you are sharing an account with a full G10 set with more than one guy you are asking for it and you got it. So why complain now when your wish has been granted. The best we can do is retrieve his items and stuff.

No, its called humanity. Trying to help a player while still respecting the game balance and my responsiblities as a GM.

The same has been extended to every other player who has come to us for assistance.

I am not here to support or favour any one but trust me if we are getting our stuff back we are lucky & nothing else.
If one is hacked coz of his own fault i guess its his problem. Account sharing leading to a hack is players problem and i personally feel a3 india should just raise their hands from such cases. Players fault why should they bother.
But some how they do not think so and are helping .. Nice!!
secondly about being partial..
lemme tell u Anti is Total G10..
the kind of effort that goes into it cannot be ignored right.
But what will such a high lvl char do without any passives and a bagir???
well for sharing account gms have penalised him and cleared all the passives!!!
Well i hope you understand that thats a VERY BIG DEAL coz a player of that lvl and no passives will be sad in pvp and game play.
And also spending around 700mil or so to gain those passives back will not be an easy task. Not impossible but difficult. Thats a huge sum of money for him.
So gms have set an example here that no matter who you are, if you share the char and are hacked, we will retrive what ever we can. But we will surely impose a penalty on you for that so that its not repeated again.
Lets give them some credit for what they are tring to do.
Not that i am happy with whats happnig either..
My char i banned for more that 15 days now and that to i feel for no fault of mine. But yeah what can i do? There seems to be a problem and they are clarifing all the issues before releasing my char so that injustice is not done at any point of time to any char.
So may be thing go slow at times and fast when they are very clear but thay happen.
Also on the other hand its easy may be to blabber so much just coz i have not lost stuff and gms have not retrived it for me. Not happnd yet. May be it would. May be it would not..
And may be then i would be standing with you then cursin and screaming my lungs out
