Your noob character has been used for transactions of certain hacked items directly and hence the ban. If you want to release that account you have to contact a3support and explain the characters who used that account for storing items.

Thanks for the reply, and after reading your reply I would like to inform you some things because I think there has been some misunderstanding. Firstly I am a very old player of A3 and I had a account by the id “XXXXX” this Id I have been using for more than 18 months and after playing day and night like crazy I had collected a lot of items and wzs you can check my this ID to know how long I have been playing and how much I have played and after verification you will certainly know that I am a very old player. But recently to hide my items from my café mates I opened a new ID ursweet98850 and transferred all my contents from my old id (XXXXX) to my new ID (ursweet98850). And that is why you think I have hacked. But which is absolutely wrong because I am just a gamer and have no idea of hacking and that after verification of my old ID (XXXXX) you will certainly come to know that I have not hacked and have just transferred items and wzs from old ID so I request you to please please please return all my hard earned items which I have collected after playing very hard day n night on your game. Please no not spoil my good experience with A3
P.N: I can give you all the details of my old Id also if you require.
this i gave reply to [INTERACTID:2125972] on tuesday 2nd 2006 11th month n i hav not shared my id with any1 n i hav only transfered items from 1 id n tht id is mentioned in my mail if u wanna check u can check with a3support as i hav not mentioned my old id in this post... it is not possible to transfer items from any other id rather than my old id to this id... n i hav not received any mail from a3support on 10th jan not in this sify id nor in my alternate E-mail id... so Gmfirst here is wht a3support put a wrong blame on me tht i got those 2 g8 items n 1 g8 weapon (mentioned in my 1st post) fr free.. coz i gave him tht mtd scoll axe in exchange so .. if a3support is saying tht i got these 3 items fr free thn plz tell me wher did my scoll axe went..?? whn i asked this to a3support then ther is no reply from ther side... n here is the intearct id Gmdiablo 2207616 n 2141843 even gamemaster dint replyed to it ... here is the intearct id 2231431.. now Gmfirst u tell me wher did my scoll axe went.... check onto it n release my id as i hav not done anythiing wrong just traded in game ...
