The GM's, especially GM First was totally wrong by thinking that he is a GM of A3 India and he can run his mouth around and no one can do anything about it.

It is good for him if he realizes the fact that A3 India wouldnt even be bothered about him if someone launches a case against from Customer Abuse and the penalties for Customer Abuse according to the IPC's are big and there is not a single case till date that the customer lost and the Employee was subjected to a fine and also 6 Months of imprisonment. Good enough to ruin his life once and for all. Or else each and everyone would go showing authority just cause they work for an organization.

The people of this world are not stupid at all. They knew there would surely be jerks like Gmfirst and thats the reason they setup such rules. I spoke to my dad and he tells me clearly that a case can be launched on Gmfirst as an individual for Bribe and Offensive Manner of Speech against customers. He wouldnt stand a chance. Sify would be condemned to interfere and they wouldnt because they wouldnt want to put their reputation to risk just cause of one strong headed employee.

It would be better if higher officials of A3 India look into this matter and take the required actions before it is too late.

Posting from multiple ID's and supporting your own topic is non acceptable forum behaviour.

Forum is to voice your opinions .. agreed. A3 India forum is to voice opinions about A3 India.

No i did not abuse a player i simply attributed his actions with some adjectives.

Posting from multiple ID's to make us think many people voice his opinion is LAME.

Thinking he can host a private server without rights from actoz legally is noobish in terms of "Knowledge about private servers".

Abusive is different and Punitive is different.

A3 Singapore did not go down for any of the reasons you shelled out. GM insulting a player and the player bringing down a game with his huge community is a very nice sounding fantasy story for a herioc player. But thats not what happened. Also the story about A3 being sued is not true. They rated the game as Adult. If any mom were to go to court for this the only one to be punished will be the kid who faked his age to play a game not fit for his age.

When are you players actually gonna talk about some REAL A3 stuff like, gameplay, Game techniques.

How many of you have written Character levelling guides here.


Coming back to Arthas and his multiple ID's, I know what ID's he uses but i dont remember accusing any one particular ID of this. So why jump to conclusions and defend yourself tyson.

No Ritual there is no other kind of attitude that we would show to people who take some body's hard work and creative talent as just another thing to play with. A3 is not a free for all. IF you want it you have to deserve it.

Hmm... but i still dont accept u calling some one a noob...even if he is and even he accepts it...A player calling another player is another issue but when a GM goes out and calls a player a noob then its bad cos...he is deemed noob for life ... So i feel u can go ahead and ban or do anything to anyone ...but u owe him an apology...thts my opinion...

And well even if someone is posting from different Id's its a privacy issue u cannot be the one telling tht to us(i dont think ur allowed to)...if someone actually gets proof of it...u can at max confirm tht too with an NOC frm the involved player...And this i aint making up...cos frm all ur posts involving Warman especially, this is wat i got...

And about writting char. guides...i wrote one for mage long back...but thts long back...u can check it my mage's id was black_maiden and i think most ppl here have definetly helped some noobs or the others clearing up problems they have had ingame...so tht i think enough to say we have knowledge in this game and btw arent u supposed to release a guide similar to the singapore site... once it goes P2P ... they had it up even before it went P@P in singapore...
