Why we have to send a mail to [email protected] for all issues which happened in-game.

It’s a process to make a proper complaint on the case and what happened to them.

The case will be checked and shorted out by given time, if the player
provides the proper profile details and other details which are required.

The mail will be send to the concern dept for a fast and bettor response in time.

No, but its more like a case where you tie up meat around your hand wave it front of a hungry dog and then scream at doctor for the pain. Worst .. you curse him for the scar it leaves.
